Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely shipping. However, if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
- Order Modifications: Changes to items, shipping addresses, or payment details may be possible within the first few hours of placing the order.
- Order Cancellations: Cancellations are only allowed before the order has been processed for shipping. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• Accessories: A flat shipping fee of $16.99 USD. applies to all accessories.

Which shipping carrier does your company use?
Orders typically ship via UPS Standard, a reliable ground shipping service. Delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 3 to 7 business days within the United States.
What if I need my product sooner?
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and offers faster delivery compared to standard shipping. Depending on your location and product availability, your order may arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Pricing and availability will be shown at checkout.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your product, we offer a 30-day return policy
from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Some items (such as clearance or custom-made products) may be non-returnable—please check product details before purchasing.
- Shipping fees and/or restocking fees for returns may apply unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges:
- If you need a replacement, we can process an exchange for the same item, subject to availability. Shipping fees and restocking fees may apply.

What does the warranty cover, and how long does it last?
All Vesta Kitchen products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty to ensure quality and reliability.
Coverage includes:
- Most products come with a 1-year limited warranty, but select models may have extended coverage.
- Most range hoods come with a lifetime motor warranty.

How do I clean and maintain my range hood?
To ensure optimal performance and longevity, regular cleaning and maintenance of your range hood are essential. Follow these steps:
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surface with a soft cloth and a mild detergent or stainless steel cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
- Filter Cleaning: If your range hood has stainless steel baffle filters or aluminum mesh filters, remove them and wash them with warm, soapy water or place them in the dishwasher (top rack, gentle cycle). Make sure they are completely dry before reinstalling.
- Fan and Vent Cleaning: Periodically check and clean the internal fan blades and vent system to prevent grease buildup, which can reduce efficiency. Use a degreaser if necessary.
- Checking for Blockages: Ensure that the exhaust duct is not blocked and that air is properly venting outside.
- Light Maintenance: If your hood has built-in lights, clean the light covers with a damp cloth and replace any burnt-out bulbs with manufacturer-recommended replacements.
How often should I replace filters in my range hood?
The frequency of filter replacement depends on your cooking habits and the type of filter used:
- Stainless Steel Baffle or Aluminum Mesh Filters: These should be cleaned every 4–6 weeks but do not need to be replaced unless they are damaged.
- Charcoal Filters (for Ductless Hoods): These cannot be cleaned and should be replaced every 3–6 months, depending on usage. If you frequently cook with heavy oils or fry foods, consider replacing them more often.
Are replacement parts available for your range hoods?

Why is there no electricity after installation?
• Confirm the range hood wiring is correct.
• Check the circuit’s power supply and make sure the fuse is intact.

Why is the suction power weak?
• Ensure the exhaust duct is at least 4 inches in diameter, under 10 feet in length, and has fewer than 3 turns. If any of these conditions are not met, it’s likely not a range hood issue.
• Test suction by running the hood without the duct. If it works normally, the duct setup is the problem; otherwise, contact the manufacturer.
• Check that the outlet flap is fully open. If there’s an exterior wind shield, consider removing its flap to prevent airflow obstruction.
Why isn’t the blower rotating even though the light is on?
This may indicate a circuit board failure. Please contact the manufacturer for troubleshooting and repair options.
The fan wheel is stuck or rattling.
