Vesta Return Policy

At Vesta, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please carefully review the terms and conditions below to ensure a smooth return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns 

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Restocking Fee for Opened Items:

  • 15% restocking fee will apply to returns of opened items if the reason for return is not due to a Vesta error (e.g., change of mind, dissatisfaction with color, size, etc.).

Shipping Costs:

  •  The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for non-error returns.

Unopened Items:

  • For unopened items in their original sealed packaging, only the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service Team at sales@vesta.kitchen to request a return authorization and detailed shipping instructions.
  • Proof of Purchase: Provide your receipt or order number when initiating your return.
  • Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

3. Return Shipping

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error by Vesta.
  • Recommended Method: For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5.    Refunds 

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Bank Processing Time: Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Note: If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at sales@vesta.kitchen.

6. Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please Initiate a return for the original item. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Documentation: Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
