Shipping Locations (Continental US Only)
We currently ship only within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states). At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Please confirm that your shipping address is within our service area before placing your order.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
All orders from Vesta Kitchen US are shipped via reputable carriers to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. Our primary shipping partner is UPS – we rely on UPS for most standard and expedited deliveries due to their reliable nationwide service. In some cases, we may use UPS Ground for standard shipping and UPS air services for expedited shipping. (At this time, we do not support shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as UPS requires a physical street address for delivery.)
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for appliances are determined by their size and weight. A flat shipping fee applies to all parts and accessories. Import duties, taxes, and applicable fees may apply in accordance with current regulations. All applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is finalized.
Delivery Times
Delivery times can vary based on product availability and your location. If your item is in stock, we typically process and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, standard delivery via UPS Ground usually takes about 3–7 business days to reach you, depending on the destination. If an item is backordered or out of stock, we will inform you of the expected shipping date or any delays. (Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. While we strive to meet these time frames, actual delivery dates may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control.)
Order Tracking
We understand how important tracking your order is. Therefore, we provide tracking information for every shipment. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS Tracking Number and a link to track your package's progress.
